Can I buy a vehicle online?

Yes. Use the Click to Buy / Start Buying Process button on any eligible vehicle to build your deal, see payments and value your trade online.

Can I reserve a vehicle?

Yes. Refundable deposits are available to hold a vehicle. Call or message us to arrange one.

Do you offer financing and leasing?

Yes. We work with Hyundai Financial Services, major banks, credit unions and specialized lenders. Visit our Finance Centre or estimate your payment.

Can I get approved with bad or no credit?

How long does approval take?

Most approvals are completed the same day. Apply for credit online to get started.

What documents do I need?

Bring government-issued photo ID, recent proof of income and proof of residence. Your finance manager will let you know if the lender needs anything else.

Do you offer Hyundai-certified service?

Yes. Our Hyundai-trained technicians use genuine Hyundai parts and factory diagnostic equipment, including EV and hybrid service.

Do you service all makes and models?

Yes. We provide full mechanical service for all brands, including oil changes, brake service and winter tires.

Do you perform warranty and recall repairs?

Yes. We perform Hyundai warranty, extended warranty and recall repairs. Check your vehicle for open recalls.

What warranty comes with a new Hyundai?

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes. We offer mechanical breakdown protection, appearance protection, tire and rim coverage, paint protection film and more.

Are there additional fees?

Our advertised prices follow Alberta's all-in pricing rules, so fees such as freight, PDI and the AMVIC levy are included. GST is extra.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Policies vary by vehicle and lender. Please ask your sales consultant for the details that apply to your vehicle before you sign.

Are you AMVIC licensed?
