Precision Hyundai recognizes that the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has created much uncertainty, and the ever-evolving impact is continuing to affect individuals in both their personal and business lives. I wanted to reach out to you to share the actions we are taking to ensure our facilities and vehicles are clean and safe for you, our team members and the communities in which we serve.

For over 35 years we have continued to put the safety and health of our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We would like to assure you that Precision Hyundai takes this situation very seriously and is continuing to put measures into place to monitor the situation.

Currently, we are carefully monitoring the directions and advice of Health Canada, Alberta Health Services, as well as other relevant and local authorities.

As the situation is dynamic and variables impacting our day to day business could change, please continue to monitor this webpage for updates.

What we are doing:

  • We are adopting an Appointment Only policy for guests visiting our showroom for New and/or Pre-owned vehicle sales in order to adhere to Social Distancing policies of crowds limited to 25.
  • Those customers that may have already chosen the best vehicle to suit their needs can complete their purchase through our website using Hyundai Express Shopping
  • Effective immediately, we will be offering a no charge concierge service to pick up and drop off vehicles that require maintenance or servicing at our dealership. In addition, for those customers that may find it difficult to leave home at this time we will provide the same no charge concierge service to deliver a newly purchased or leased vehicle to you.
  • We are increasing the sanitization of frequently touched surfaces (such as door handles, steering wheels, gear shift knob, and seat belts) on all vehicles that are test driven prior to all trips and serviced (before being returned to the owner).
  • We engage professional cleaning companies to clean and disinfect our dealership every night and have increased this above the norm.
  • Employees that are not feeling well are being encouraged to stay at home. And any employees that have traveled outside the country are being instructed to follow the government’s recommendation for self-isolation

What our customers can do:

Customers planning to visit us at the dealership can;

  • Diligently wash their hands before and after activities including eating, grooming, using the restrooms, and clearing one’s nose. As well as practicing prevention of the spread of germs by coughing and sneezing into your arm and not your hands. These basic measures will help to prevent the spread of germs at our dealership
  • “Inform us right away if you are feeling unwell and experiencing any of the following symptoms during your visit: fever, chills, aches/pains, abdominal pain, and severe coughing or difficulty breathing.
  • Reschedule your appointment to visit us should you not feel well, or have come on in contact with anyone who has recently entered Canada and has not followed the self-isolation guidelines
